Resale Packages
Resale packages include the following:
Resale certificate
The McDavid Estates HOA Governing Documents
A current Balance Sheet and Operating Budget
A copy of any outstanding Health Code violations, HOA violations, liens against the
property, current or closed lawsuits against the HOA or the individual unit if the
HOA is/was involved
Orders must be requested in writing by submitting a request form online or faxing your request to 817-358-1545. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days after payment is received; a rush provides the resale package in 1 business day. The resale fee for a normal processing is $350.00 and there is an additional $50.00 fee for a rush. An administrative transfer fee of $200.00 is due at closing. Both the transfer fee and the resale fee are to be made payable to Acclaim Management Group.
