Beginning this year, the Annual McDavid Estates Subdivision Wide Garage Sale will occur on the same days every year. 

 

Sales days will be on the last Friday and Saturday in April*. 

 

The HOA Board approved these permanent garage sale days in hopes of allowing McDavid homeowners, a fixed time in which they can better plan for their sale.
