Along with “back-to-school” and football season also comes the annual invitation to the membership to nominate your neighbor or yourself for a position on the HOA Board of Directors. All positions for the 2023 board are open for nomination of candidates.

 

Positions are: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 5 Phase Captains. All positions are at-wide positions with the whole membership voting for all positions. Note: Each subdivision phase has a board position. To be eligible to run for a phase captain you must live in the phase for which you are a candidate.

 

This year’s Annual Meeting and Election for HOA Board of Directors will be December 6, 2022. If you would like to nominate an individual or run for a position please submit your nomination to our Nomination Committee Chair - Sarah Hansen. Sarah’s e-mail address is shansen1023@yahoo.com.

 

Please submit your nomination no later than Friday October 14, 2022. This will allow time for printing of ballots and election related material, as well as, allowing for the mailing of the ballots before Thanksgiving.
