Holiday Greetings to all McDavid Estates homeowners! I hope all had a great Thanksgiving and that you are still enjoying the leftovers. 

 

With Thanksgiving over it is time to elect your HOA Board of Directors for next year. You should have received, in the mail, a notice of the annual membership meeting and election materials. In that packet of information you will find your Proxy ballot to be used for voting if you do not plan to attend to the annual meeting. 

 

Please take time to complete your ballot and return it before December 5. 

For your convenience, you may drop your ballot off at any of the four subdivision locations listed in your election information packet.

Returning your proxy ballot is very important as it is used to achieve a membership meeting quorum. No quorum no election! Without an elected Board in place the HOA's business and service activities may be interrupted and the HOA will have to go to the additional expense of conducting another election.
