We need members willing to dedicate their time to keep our subdivision an enjoyable place to live and a good investment! Yes, it is that time of year AGAIN when your HOA is looking for members that are interested in serving on the HOA Board of Directors.

 

This is your chance to serve your community by providing direction and leadership towards keeping McDavid Estates a “top notch” place to live!

President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer or one of the 6 Phase Captains positions.

The nomination period for sending your name starts today September 21 and will run through October 19, 2026.

Providing your name by this date will ensure it is placed on the ballot.
